Our Mr Dawson has been practising in the area of Estates for well over 35 years. He is well aware of the requirements for the Administration of the Estate and from the information we have this will be relatively straight forward. The actual administration will be done by our office but of course you and your sister will both have to sign any required documents;
In regard to our duties we have a legal obligation to provide all information and full transparency in all matters to both parties and were we to fail in this duty you would have recourse against us;

Penmanship
We don’t believe in open dialogue and have no need for video calls, telephones or face-to-face interaction. In fact, we rarely use “email” other than it being a transport for our attached letters.
Our letters are meticulously timed, testing our opponent’s patience, holding back from responding, just slighter longer than acceptable to help infuriate the recipient when they must go through the few extra steps just to open it to find we’ve succinctly dismissed all material concerns with just a few words.
We find it more effective to focus on responding to just one item with any reasoning or explanation. For that we select a point that is almost irrelevant - we then ensure that we misread and then intentionally misinterpret it.
That allows us to ensure that any response provides our opponent with nothing but further rage to continue, as we laugh ourselves all the way to the bank.
